frequently asked
questions:
1.
What is a Giclee print? A Giclee print is a museum quality
reproduction of an original painting which is made using a high-resolution
inkjet printer. We print on heavy weight fine art watercolor paper.
We use a wide-gamut pigmented ink set, which produces highly archival
prints with a projected lifespan of over 135 years under gallery
display conditions. As with all art prints, proper framing behind
glass is recommended for display, and exposure to sunlight should
be avoided.
2. What is the
difference between a Giclee print and a print made from an ordinary
desk top color printer? The process is basically the same,
but most desk top printers are not capable of producing large enough
prints for our purposes. When printing a giclee, we also need to
carefully consider the type of paper and inks we choose to use.
3. What is your
warranty? If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality
of our paintings or note cards, we will refund your money in full
with in the first 30 days.
4. How much is
shipping? Shipping is free on the mainland of the United
States.
5. Can I pick
up a painting or notecards? Currently we are only available
for delivery.
